How does the estimate process work?
It’s easy and it’s free! Just give us a call at 267-210-8108 or click HERE and fill out your contact information. We’ll give you a call to schedule an appointment time convenient for you. During the appointment, measurements and an assessment of the work area will be completed. A detailed, written estimate will be created and sent to you within a few days.
Can you give me an estimate over the phone?
Typically we cannot give an estimate over the phone because there are many factors taken into consideration during the estimation process, such as, room size, condition of the walls, amount and type of woodwork, etc.
Is the final price ever more than the estimate?
The job total will never exceed the estimate total unless additional work is requested or a problem is encountered which changes the scope of work. If this happens, approval will always be obtained before the work is completed.
Does the estimate have an expiration date?
All estimates are valid for one year.
What types of payment do you accept and when is payment due?
At this time, we accept cash or checks. For jobs with a duration of more than 1 day, half of the estimate total is required at the start of the job and the balance is due upon completion.
What are your working hours?
We schedule jobs Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. If there is a need for us to arrive prior to 8 AM on the starting day of the job to accommodate your work schedule, we’d be happy to do so.
